"If you find yourself visiting Meeker, this is THE house to stay in. The views truly are stunning, and the stars on a clear night are so pretty. We cooked both nights we were there, and the kitchen and cooking facilities were also fantastic. We spent time talking to several people in Meeker, and when they asked where we were staying, they agreed that the cabin is delightful and that Ryan is an outstanding host. "We had the best time staying at Patricia’s place for my wife’s birthday. We really appreciated all her recommendations and loved the Mirror Lake hike/ Trappers Lake Lodge afterwards for beers and burgers. Patricia’s place was very cozy and nice spot to wind down after all our adventures. Hope we can come back soon, and thank you for the hospitality!"

"Purpose of our stay was the Meeker Sheepdog Trials. Our location was perfect, the cleanliness of our cabin was perfect, the amenities in the cabin were perfect. My daughter and I were overjoyed with the entire experience. We hope to return for the 2025 trials. Many thanks to this unique and perfect facility."

"We loved this house, which was 5 minutes from family, where we were having an Engagement Party. We had plenty of room for the 3 sets of adults and 4 children ages 2 to 17. We weren't at the house much due to the party help we were offering and the party itself but the time we were there we were all very comfortable. Besides it being a lovely house, there were several aspects that we especially appreciated…there were enough chairs at the dining room table for everyone, there were multiple outdoor decks and lots of seating on each, there were plenty of pans, silverware, plates, cups and baking sheets, there were fans for each bedroom plus an upstairs cooling system. "This place was perfect for our family vacation. It was a close commute to Glenwood Springs which was where we spent most of our time. Kitchen was well equipped and blackstone grill was a nice addition. Kids had fun playing volleyball and bean bag game. Would definately book this again if we are ever back in this area. "
