"We booked this one day prior! Normally I always stay at chain hotels, but this one was different and Amazing! Even my kids said, when are we going back! Breakfast was great, drinks are good! The view is beautiful and the staff is sooo friendly! Thank you for being awesome!"

"I thought that maybe the reviews were over exaggerated, but 100% not true. The reviews speak for themselves. This was by far the nastiest, dirty, outdated place our family has ever stayed at before. DO NOT BOOK HERE! UNLESS YOU LIKE ROACHES, OLD BROKEN FURNITURE, DIRTY ROOM, BROKEN MICROWAVE, AND BED BUGS. The only postive thing I could say was the view of the bay was pretty. The hot tub, pool were dirty and looked unsafe. The elevator didn't even work."

"Property is an easy drive to restaurants, grocery, quirky little downtown, bars, Rockport’s great beach. Property has definitely seen better days but cottages are very spacious…two rooms. Ice machine not working. No extra toilet paper rolls in bathroom. There is a pool though I never saw it being used. Owner very friendly. Right by the water. This is a low budget motel at a low rate. Keep your expectations with that in mind and it will work for you."

"This place was awful. The front desk is never staffed, instead they have a phone number on the front door to call if you need help. I saw multiple people trying to check in by calling the number and then just leaving. The room was very moldy and musty smelling and there was a large gap at the bottom which let multiple pests in during our stay. "The toilet leaked, couldn’t get a hold of anybody at the property only seen him when we checked in. The pool was supposed to open at 9 AM never opened found a fingernail in my bed that didn’t belong to me or anyone with me. The water for the bathtub wasn’t even hot. Just terrible. Terrible. Stay altogether. Do not recommend staying there."
