"My room was clean. I loved the bathroom. The bed was so comfortable. The AC worked the whole time and never shut off, which was wonderful. The only complaint I would have are the doors to the closet which were very old and didn’t work very well. Otherwise it was a really great stay and that plush blue chair in the lobby is amazingly comfortable."

"Hallway carpet on 16th floor was ragged and dirty. Carpet outside our room was wavy-1”to 2”waves . I tripped and fell one day. Very unsafe."

"I went to check in and the counter person and a customer were arguing and yelling at each other! I turned and left and didn't check in! I didn't feel safe there! Could not get a refund!"

"A great unique experience, especially if you have a Roman Catholic background and a sense of humor. Nothing too irreligious, but just the right touch of whimsy about the building's palpable prior existence as a convent."

"The rooms are always clean at this hotel and the staff is very welcoming and remembers who you are which is always a fun experience. I like the private parking access especially if you are there for car events and need a safe parking space! The pool area could use some updating but overall it was nice to stay, I will say the only thing is that the rooms do get a little muggy in the summer especially if you are placed in a hotel that is higher up!"
