"This cottage is brand new and full of modern decor. It overlooks a lake with stunning views from the very large covered balcony. The hot tub on the deck was very nice. The privacy walls on both ends of the deck made for a very private stay even though there are three cottages on the property. We loved the solitude and quietness of the area. A perfect getaway for relaxing. I highly recommend this property."

"Loved staying here! Chapman Hill suites fixes up historic properties in Saint John and furnished them with many period pieces. One of the better hotels I have stayed in. The only concern is parking. As this is a 19th century structure parking is on street and you might need to purchase a parking pass. I will be definitely staying here next time I am in this city!"

"The adult room was everything your could imagin and more. With three days in the house we barely were able to scratch the surface and already want to return. The host are also wonderful people who are more then happy to help with anything you need and who we now consider friends. Thank you for the amazing experience."

"The views are breathtaking from all over the house and property. The hot tub was fantastic. The house itself had everything you needed and then some. Beautiful place inside and out. Karen was super friendly and helpful with suggestions throughout the stay. "

"We found Chipman Hall to be such a cozy and charming historic space. The bedding was very comfortable and we had a restful sleep. The entire space had everything we needed with a little kitchenette and spot to relax. Note to visitors, the lot behind the hotel is free on weekends after 6pm, as is the red rose lot nearby, as long as your vehicle is moved by noon, the following day. We loved our stay and will definitely return!"

"This sweet cottage overlooking the water was the perfect place to get away for the holidays. The place was immaculate, and had everything we needed. It was only a short drive to the grocery store and restaurants, but nestled in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the beach and trails. We got snowed in, which was perfect. "

"This beautiful property is perfectly situated to provide rural peace with the conveniences of St.John minutes away. Day trips are easy with Fredricton, Moncton and StJohn easily accessible. Our sleeps were great, beds are cozy with tons of space, storage and comfort. Dining was made easy with the kitchen which boasted all the comforts of home. Each evening we enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the water, then moving into the sitting room where family conversations flowed in comfort. A short...
