"Pool was out of service. Receptionist belched as we checked in. Hallways smell bad of cigarettes. Shower did not have a working shower head. We reserved a double queen room for 4 people and were assigned a single queen room with literally no room to walk around. Blankets smelled like they haven't been washed. Breakfast was only biscuits (hard as a rock) and gravy, sour milk, and cereal. We canceled 2 of 3 nights because it was so gross and uncomfortable."

"Entire hotel was under construction and guests weren’t made aware before booking. Rooms on the first floor were available but there was construction in pool area, breakfast area and laundry room. There was even construction paper covering the outside of my window so I didn’t have a view."
