"Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The door was hard to open and close. Needs some work aesthetically, but for the price, was okay. Internet access was sporadic and the TV didn't work at first. Just needed to be reset. Overall, not a terrible experience."

"Muito boa!! Hotel recém inaugurado. Valeu a pena"

"Comfortable bed and pillows, friendly staff, the front desk lady at night made sure we were safe and comfortable"

"i needed to change the dates on my stay and they wouldn’t let me even though i paid almost 200$ paid ahead and let them know within 12 hours of making my reservation"

"Above average room with comfortable beds and clean bathroom that could use some updating. Quality bed linens and towels. Lovely staff. Complimentary breakfast had a good variety, including healthy options, but the coffee was way below average."

"Dirty bed terrible spot. Staff very helpful"

"Thought it was a bit high for Pueblo, but trust me. The cleanliness, breakfast and amenities. Definitely worth it. Beds are so comfortable, great experience every time I’ve stayed here"

"It’s pet friendly and respectful"

"It was good and quiet"

"It was ok"

"I stayed with just me and 4 kids. I never once felt unsafe. Front desk lady was always extremely helpful and friendly. Best staff experience i have ever received ever has been from the lady that works in the kitchen. She is so welcoming to me and my kids. Its a little out of budget being a single mom of 5 but the reassurance of feeling safe is always more important."
