"Check in was phenomenal with great host. Room ready and clean even though it was a last-minute booking from out of town. Everyone here is so kind and respectful; we’re not so used to that when traveling. Pool was a little less than stellar but that was the only concern."

"O quarto está imundo e cheirando a cigarro. Os lençóis não haviam sido trocados e TINHA CABELO de outros hóspedes em ambas as camas. As fronhas eram encardidas e claramente não haviam sido lavadas. Escolhemos por não ter carpete (ainda assim p chão estava sujo) e por ser novo o hotel. As camas eram muito boas e grandes, chuveiro ótimo. Apesar de serem muito atenciosas as atendentes não conseguiram entender que já havíamos pago pelo Hotéis.com e nos fizeram pagar novamente um dos quartos....

"There was nothing unique or special about the stay. My husband has a service dog which the proper documentation was provided at check in a waiver was signed as well, the next morning the room phone rings asking what type of service did the dog provide, that shouldn’t matter what type of service she provided you was shown proof. So my husband went to the front desk to clear up the issue the employee behind the desk(Male) cursed my husband told him sign the damn paper at this point they’re going...

"Had roaches, won’t ever stay here again"

"Place is trash, never been clean, pillow case dirty everything dirty, I prefer to sleep in my car but never on this place again."

"There were a few board games, more suited to a few days stay, lack of baking sheets we bought one. Glass topped table in the lowhich we moved as we kept catching our legs on it. Bed was comfortable. Host did respond when i made her aware that the door knob was coming off, her Dad arrived very quickly to fix it. Front has trash across it. When we arrived both trash cans were full the recycling one was full of regular trash so had not been emptied, i had to ask the neighbors when to put it out."
