"We loved this hotel but the last 2 times we have stayed the staff is horrible. The hotel was full and for breakfast the staff was mad and stop the breakfast at 8:30am when they had lines of people just for lazy. The where bring out cereal with bad face. And this be like that the last couple of times we stayed here and every time it gets worst one of them looked like she was in drugs. In the night you can here kids running around the hotel knocking doors and run and front desk did nothing about...

"Carlos, was amazing! You could smell the food from the restaurant Wild Sage. Beautiful room, amazing shower. Beautiful view of the Moutains. I recomend eating at the wild Sage just a few steps behind the hotel. Food was amazing. The only complaint I have is it was very cold and the door leading to outside had a large gap. It was hard to warm the room . we would definitely stay again. Carlos, made are stay awesome."

"Staff was wonderful. When I checked in directions were giving how to access the elevator to room. Which desk to get players card and navigate to eat meals. I received text messages asking how my stay was going if I needed help with anything message back. The room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and will recommend to friends and family."

"The room and staff were great. We had my dad with us and he is in a w/c. Parking for handicapped across the street you had to pay $15 a night and the handicapped parking was quite aways away. We didn’t know we had to pay for parking as that was new. Then the next day we found out we could have parked on the street for free since we needed handicapped parking. No one told us that when we checked in."

"Very nice place only odd for me used to staying in an hotel as two doors unusual & very handy. Was evident trying very hard with super employees & whole Deadwood Gultch trying hard. "Floors had not been cleaned from previous occupant, nor had the toilet, which had a ring of filthy scum around the bowl. There were visible crumbs across the floor and my socks stuck to a large spill in the kitchen area and I mopped it up with a bathroom washcloth so I could walk through the area. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. The blanket was thin and not warm. The kitchen sink was dirty and there were no drain plugs in either the kitchen or bathroom sinks. The desk chair was broken...
