"Overpriced rooms food and drinks on property overpriced and inside the water park was overly hot and had no air movement and was really hard to breath. The water was to warm to enjoy and cool down not a very affordable place for families my room was 415.00 a night and no house keeping unless you requested it. Room was clean but second pull out bed was noisy and uncomfortable."

"The hotel is an older hotel but well maintained. We actually had a slight concern with the sprinkler in our room and they sent maintenance to the room within 10 minutes which was truly amazing. The breakfast was good and the coffee was the best we had in our travels from NY. We loved having ice water also available at all times at the coffee station. "Very accommodating and friendly staff on pristinely maintained property. Highly recommend this to family and friends."

"The bathrooms are outdated and in need of updating. Tile were broken, shower current was rusted and too short. There was a noise all night that sounded like a bowling ball dropping and rolling. Tried to find where it was coming from unsuccessful. Did not inform anyone as we heard another guest complain of a noise as well. Staff were all nice and professional."

"The location was great... easy to get to many spots in the Black Hill region. We were able to walk to the handful of restaurants in Hill City which was nice. The hotel hit all the needs.. clean rooms, the fridge, microwave was super helpful. Quick Note if you do not like a super tourist city Hill City was the place to be... We were so happy we landed her vs. Keystone which in our opinion was a tourist trap. The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast... nothing amazing but solid normal...
