"Super close to beach access. Room was very nice and super clean. Loved that it had a full kitchen and sitting area. Only thing was the room was next to stairwell so could hear everyone going up and down. Property had parking and elevator. Would stay again."

"Nolan has thought of everything you could need and we didn't have to run out for staples like paper towels, TP, soap, detergent etc. he had these and all other household basics plus extras there: fans, baby gates, all the items on the listing were there and worked. We checked to see if the bikes had survived the rental crowd over the summer and he made sure they were in good shape before we arrived. This was so fun! Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. "I would have never left if it was an option. This place was simply outstanding! We were wanting something that could keep children and adults occupied while having space to spread out and never having to get in the car. This home did exactly that!!!! We could walk to the beach with ease, the store in less then 15 minutes including the pier and a handful of quaint shops. It has literally everything by you need to prepare any meal or snack, games to keep the laughs going, huge tvs to catch a game...

"House was very clean, furniture and beds were super comfortable (for travelers of all shapes and sizes!), kitchen was well stocked with supplies, and beachfront location was perfect! Communication from hosts was perfect. There were loads of beach towels, a really nice washer and dryer, super comfortable and sturdy porch furniture, grilling supplies, and lots of beach chairs. Even though we didn’t use them, there is a ton of stuff for small kids—a permanent baby gate at the top of the stairs...

"We felt so spoiled having our own private pool. The kids absolutely loved it, and it was a nice alternative to the beach when it was super hot with and the water was rough. The beach itself was a super easy walk across the street, and even though it was a public access, the beach was wide open with plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed walking up and down and keeping an eye out for sea turtle hatchlings. The house itself was comfortable and very well equipped. Lots of puzzles and games the...

"It’s an older beach cottage with pretty much everything you need for a vacation at the beach, so you don’t need to bring anything but yourself and personal belongings. If something is not there, Jim gets it for you. He is a great host and very available to you as needed. The location is great for the beach and walkable to some shops and restaurants. A hot tub was just recently purchased on “our” back porch and is a great added feature to the stay. My husband who does not like noise was bothered...

"We really enjoyed our vacation at Egret’s Walk. The house is laid out nicely with a covered porch with a view of the water. It’s very close to the beach access which was convenient with young kids! There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and even a beach cart. There were also 6 bikes in very good shape that we used to bike to the sound side of the island and enjoy the sunsets. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed. Overall it was a great experience! "

"This was the cleanest property I have ever stayed in. The grounds,the pool and the condo were immaculate. Even the laundry room was spotless. Only minor issue was with the code box on gate. It's a little temperamental and hard to see the screen because of sun glare. Door lock to condo is a bit tight and could use updating. Needless to say we will be returning and highly recommend this property. "

"We had a wonderful stay here during our Surf City vacation with friends. The house was clean and comfortable for adults and small kids. We loved the spacious upstairs living area and the location is amazing!! My only feedback is that the downstairs bunk bed room is a bit cramped for two kids with the basketball game. But it was very manageable. We would definitely come back!"

Had beach towels, a wagon beach chairs and some other accessories made it nice we didnt have to bring these types of things if you dont want and can use thiers n easier to...
