"This host is not familiar with the laws under the Americans with Disabilities Act. The house is nice, and clean, and the yard is indeed fenced. We had two service animals with us and two pets, but were told when we left that we were in violation of their two pet policy and we cancelled our second stay. The doors do not close, to any of the rooms. There are several cats next door that come into the yard frequently and use the sand in it as a litter box, and we were responsible for cleaning up...
