"The resort is incredible. Its a perfect location if you want to be close to town but also would like to explore the lake. Super clean."

"Surface of the tv stand and desk were sticky. Breakfast lady was not to pleasant , would allow me to make my own waffle, idk maybe was because the waffle machine was broken. Set up is to complicated and people don’t know where to go."

"Hotel was in a really bad condition, I went back to front desk 3 times before they gave me right key to my room. Room was horrible, air condition was broken so they put another one in our room with big pipes outside and it was so loud, there’s no way you can fall asleep with it. Door lock was missing with big portion of wall. Furniture was so dirty so it was even nasty to stay close to them, dirty floor, bad smell inside our room. Outside of our room smell of marijuana was so strong I guess...

"Um desastre do início ao fim! Ao entrarmos no quarto achamos a cesta de lixo cheia, cotonete pelo chão! Louças, panelas e talheres sujos. Não havia copos e a quantidade de pratos era insuficiente. Camas ruins e travesseiros horríveis. Móveis velhos e sem manutenção. Portas internas que não fechavam e sem blackout nos quartos. Enfim a única coisa que podemos dizer de bom é que de fato eram dois quartos. Nunca mais!"

"Parking was bad. Behind the hotel were too small, dumpy parking lots. We did not feel safe leaving our car parked there. Hotel staff was not friendly nor helpful. Overall the place was dark inside and not super welcoming. Had a touch of a creepy vibe to it. I discovered it was a former dormitory for resident dentists and doctors studying at college. During that time they used it also as a research lab. Could have been why it was creepy. Doubt if we ever stay here again."

"When we arrived, we were met by a kind and helpful staff member of the hotel. She provided us with both our room key as well as recommendations for local cuisine and was both helpful and professional. Once in our room, the beds were made and we had fresh towels, but it was obvious the floors hadn’t been swept in a while as there was trash, candy, and a fake finger nail on the floor. They not only needed to be swept, but carpet cleaned as well. The bathroom was alright, but the heat lamp bulb had...

"Relatively new property - very clean and spacious. The room was utilitarian - kitchenette, bathroom, small eating area. No seating area other than a single chair, so the bed was the default for seating. Bed was comfortable and the large television was nice. The room was too light at night - needed room darkening drapes, and there was no way to turn off (or down) the bathroom's automatic light. Check in was delayed as there were no staff available for about 10 minutes. Location worked well...

"Amazing, quietly luxurious hotel and spa experience in upstate NY. Very attentive staff, huge spa with relaxation grotto and heated outdoor mini pool, beautiful grounds, delicious French food. Will be back year after year!"

"We did not stay. The room was very gross. Bedding was stained, there were hairs in the bed on the sheets, the door was broken and we did not feel safe. The outside of the toilet was dirty. We immediately left."
