"Nice property. My gps didn’t take me to the right house but my husbands did. House was clean, well stocked, quiet and amazing access to the lake. We enjoyed the dock and fire pit as well. Grass was super long but they sent landscaping on our last day. Great neighbors as well. "

"Perfect location for my quick overnight. Know Athens well as previous resident. Great privacy, location a quick walk or uber and snap you’re downtown/Sanford Stadium. Super easy to find, you feel like you’re in the woods with all the evergreens/green vegetation. Clean, equipped with what you need for overnight or longer stay. Location awesome for college campus/downtown you name it."

"We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation last weekend and had a great time. The house is in a great location and there was plenty of room for all 10 of us. "

"We enjoyed our time so much at Lake Oconee. The lake is absolutely beautiful and sophisticated in the surrounding areas. Our check-in and checkout was great. The house was everything as advertised and more and we would definitely stay here again. Our family of five stayed for 16 days and had lots of fun fishing from the dock, boating and tubing. "

"We really enjoyed our visit to Athens and the property. We came for a tennis camp and also to see a football game. The house is nice and it was neat to have a pool with a large outdoor pool. The location is ideal being close to both the university of Georgia and also to numerous restaurants. The owner, Christian, was also extremely attentive and checked on us on several occasions which I appreciated as well. "

"Very remote, but if that’s what you want this is perfect. No wifi and very little cell service but that was perfect for us. Property is great with lots of built in necessities like kayaks and a fire pit and plenty of space to roam. "

"We stayed for my husband’s 60th birthday weekend. House worked perfect for our core crew of 6 adults and two teenagers. Lee was great about communicating house instructions and rules. We trailered our boat from South Carolina and used the neighborhood ramp and house dock for our 25ft center console. The water is shallow at the end of the creek, but enough to clear. We loved the pool and the hot tub and played poker at the table at night. Super easy boat ride to the Ritz for dinner one night and...

"Very clean and smelled wonderful! Everything was convenient in the home and easy access to where we needed to be. The beds were very comfortable! The host was easy to reach and communicated very well-I love that! You can tell the host cares and it shows in the property as well! Thank you!"

"We stayed at the Toadhaus when our dog needed heart surgery at UGA. It was a very stressfull time but having a great place to stay was something we didn't have to stress about. The studio was clean, quiet, safe and private. It was conveniently located, just a short drive anywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend staying here. "

"The house is a magnificent home and there were many touches like bathroom beauty items, swim towels, ice making machine and bar items. It was very clean and had a terrific new pool and hot tub that was great for a variety of ages in our group. The best thing was Rick was a very gracious host helping with a golf t time and responding to questions promptly. I’d give the place a 10 on a sale of 0-5!"

"Good hotel, modern rooms. My only suggestion is when guests are getting breakfast to not use so many plastic containers, pls ask if the guest are eating there or its to go. I saw a lot of plastic used to serve guests breakfast they could use paper plates or even ceramic plates. "
