"This trip was for a major surgery I was having and traveling to a world renowned surgeon in Rockford. From the minute we walked in the door Michelle was absolutely amazing. She was informative, genuine and welcoming. I was nervous and knew that at least my stay here was going to be wonderful. The day of my surgery we returned and we asked for extra pillows, she was spot on and said absolutely and anything else we needed, do not hesitate to ask. She recommended the restaurant and they did...

When you passed a staff member in the halls, they made it a point to say hello. We will be keeping the Courtyard Marriott as a favorite place to meet and stay with friends. "They had a pretty good breakfast I wanted a meat option other than Pork other than that it was good the hotel was quite nice better than what I expected staff was nice and pleasant and the hot tub was great and in good working conditions 😊"
