"⭐ 1-Star Review I have stayed at this hotel four times because it is conveniently located near Kiptopeke State Park, and I have always found the property to be clean. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing, mainly because of the way I was treated by the front-desk employee. When I arrived to check in, I introduced myself and explained that I had booked three rooms. He told me that I had actually booked four. There was hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor, and if there hadn’t been clean towels folded on the bed, I wouldn’t have believed it had been cleaned. "The location was perfect, we enjoyed being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. When we reached out for help with the check in they were very helpful and accommodating. The space was nice and the bed slept great. We did see some dust/cobwebs and the rain shower head could use a good cleaning. However, We would definitely stay here again. "
