"If you like goatheads and sticker burrs come here. They grow in the middle of the sidewalk and attach to grandpas clothes for his pleasure when getting dressed for the next day. The pool is dry and has leaves at the bottom. I will say the sheets are nice and soft and the comforters are also nice. The property has seemingly just changed hands and they seem to be trying to get it together, but if you have children or elderly or standards, this is not the place. Not returning."

"Great place to stay! We brought our grandson to the Rattlesnake Roundup and found this gem. Roscoe is a close drive to Sweetwater. It is a "tiny home" behind a house with adjacent parking. We arrived during the wind storm, so the inside of the property had a film of dust by no fault of the owners. It was surprisingly roomy with a kitchenette area, a separate living and bedroom area. The couch was a modern futon that transformed to a bed. The decor was cute and the rooms were situated wisely to...

"Great views, and secluded stay. Amazing property that off sets the highway. The hot tub was a great feature and we enjoyed shopping around the local town. We will definitely be staying again!! "
