"It’s about 2 steps above an hourly motel. Most of the occupants looked like individuals just getting by… with all their belongings in their vehicles and in front of the motel doors. I had to sign additional forms regarding deep fat fryers, cooking supplies, pets and daily inspections.
The room we stayed in was just renovated and was nice and comfortable but they were out of soap so they gave us shampoo to wash our hands.
They tried…and everything else was sold out in the area because of...

"It's a very nice property. My rating would have been 5 stars across the board, except for a couple of things. When we arrived, we had to clean up dog poop from deck and the shower in main bath with the tub had a broken knob so we couldn't shower in there."

"Awesome little house overlooking the Clearwater River. The house was super clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. We stayed here for the weekend for our niece's wedding at Big Canyon Acres which is a short drive up river. Glad we had time one evening to enjoy the sunset views and then the fireplace after dark. Great spot to relax!"
