"The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional! Staff would constantly lock lobby to go outside and smoke for hours! When asked for wifi code the GM was rude , unprofessional and said I could not extend my stay for being combative although 8 literally was just asking for a wifi code lol"

"My husband and I absolutely loved being at a house instead of a hotel. We appreciate it the hardwood flooring. I loved the bathroom the colors! I would have to say my favourite thing about the whole place was when I unlocked the garage to go and start the laundry. that back screen door, there’s just no other sounds like it and it brought back lots of memories good memories. I will have to say the only thing that I would’ve changed about the place was the mountain high bed lol! I am 5 foot and...

"Pros: Quiet end unit townhome that backs up to wooded lot. Back bedroom is very dark at night. Comfortable, nice extras like toiletries, close to many options for dining and shopping. Cons: Direct communication with host was lacking. Everything from host was automated but I did not get responses to a message sent on check in day. An email in reply was kicked back as undeliverable.
