"I only have 1 maybe 2 complaints, 1 I was laying in bed and I heard keys rattling at the door, I assumed it was my husband, it was not. It was a male staff member and he opened the door without knocking, poked his head into the room. He did leave immediately but it was disturbing and kind of scared me. I could tell he was there to clean the room and I guess maybe that was my fault for not having the tag on the door? Also I wish you had bigger towels. "

"The house is roomy. Communication was good, overall we had a nice stay. 1st level - Entryway with side door to fenced-in backyard. Backyard had a pooper scooper but no waste disposal, so take a plastic bag w you. Needs exterior lighting. Luckily we had a flashlight. Parking for a full size truck & a 2D Jeep. 13 steps up to 2nd level. 2nd level- Open living room, dining room, kitchen area with Guest BR #1 and a full bath. When we got there the bathroom window was found open (it was 40 that day)...
