"There were 5 hummingbirds that flew in 3 times a day. We had several visits by the mule deer and lizards. We heard lots of other animals. The scenery and surroundings mountains were spectacular. It was close to many interesting parks and towns to visit. The house especially the back porch was great. It was very well stocked. The driveway in wasn’t as rough as some described. Kimberly was quick to respond to questions. We would be very happy to stay there again. We would bring more mosquito...

"This tiny house was situated on a cattle ranch. In the evenings we would hang out with the cows and enjoy the view of the nearby mountains. It was incredibly peaceful! Our dog loved the stay as well. The house had everything we needed. We used the grill one night which was a great option and we were close to Mesa Verde National Park."

"For us, it was a last minute, lets get out of town weekend! while on our travels through Expedia, we found Leland house! What a gem! clean safe easy readily accessible to food literally right next door! It was a 5 minute walk to the strip and train station ( which we did, also amazing). We highly recommend The Leland House and will definitely be back again!!!"

"We really enjoyed the lication of the property in Durango. We walked to a lot of places which was a definite plus. The house was very clean and well appointed. "Hotel bom... Pipoca gratis o dia todo e quarto amplos.... Porem tive um grande problema de madrugada quando comecou a cair agua pelo teto do banheiro... Corri para a recepcao e avisei... Era alguem no quarto acima que transbordou a banheira... Me ofereceram um novo quarto e nao aceitei pois minha familia ja estava dormindo... Entao levaram muitas toalhas e a chave do quarto da frente caso eu precisase do banheiro... Foi uma solução aceitavel no momento "
