"I read the reviews before booking but my experience was not like others. The staff when I checked in was very helpful and and friendly. When we got in our room there was no soap or towels. Room table nd phone was dirty. Television would not shut off when I called front desk new staff was there and told me I’d need to wait til next day. We had to sleep with the television on. When I mentioned it again at check out they said they would look at it but no apology. Breakfast was cereal and some stale...

"It must have been a magnificent hotel at one time, but it is not being maintained. The pool was too cold to swim in and the external doors could not be secured. Serious problem with trash. What a shame."

"O hotel foi visto utilizado como pernoite em uma viagem e para este fim funcionou muito bem. É situado em uma cidade pequena e com pouco recursos. Ficamos neste hotel na ida e na volta. No retorno ficamos no último andar, onde o chuveiro possui pouca pressão de água. O café da manhã no domingo estava satisfatório."

"Lady at the hotel tried to switch my room, deleted my reservation. Got no room no refund after driving for 3 days has to sleep in a car with 2 kids . Ruined mother's Day completely. Whole trip has turned into a nightmare. No help from Expedia "

"Property was super clean and very nice place with friendly staff. Just a reminder if you stay in the front there will be traffic noise. It doesnt bother me but it might others. Will stay again for sure. "

"When we booked we weren't sure what to expect since we had never been there before . It was close to where we were visiting and took a chance. It was a pleasant surprise on how perfect it was for our stay . The staff were multitaskers and couldn't be more friendly or professional.
