"Clean room, friendly staff. Need more lighting by mirrors. Very dark in doorway too. When someone is using the bathroom/shower you lose most of the lighting. "

"This is a very older motel with I am sure with original furniture. The pillows on the bed very flat! The lamps questionable if you can turn them off or on and stay. Minimal outlets. No continental breakfast, there is coffee sometimes, the culligan style water bottle is room temperature in the lobby. Did not go into the pool area. Had to check to be the toilet so it was not continuous run. Did not need to use the shower in the room. I believe the upper level rooms are rented. The staff people...

"The room was filthy. I had to clean the toilet and make the bed. There was no power or heat and the TV did not work either. I am very disappointed that I wasted my money getting a room there. "

"The property was comfortable and cozy. It was right on the lake. The check-in process was efficient and easy. The town of Litchfield was literally a few minutes away and everything we needed for our stay was already provided. I would have given it a 5 star rating, except it was a bit chilly at night in certain bedrooms. Overall, we enjoyed it and would stay in this property again."

"My husband and I had spent a week at Betty's bungalow for our anniversary. We spent alot of time on the beautiful lake fishing. Had many camp fires right by the lake, when putting out the fire, it was really nice because of the very short walk into the cabin, with it being dark AND forgetting our flashlight.
