"The staff was wonderful but the rooms are outdated there was rust everywhere. The water was so cold u could only be in it for an hour. It was definitely much smaller then expected and the rooms dont come with the water park access u have to buy thise separately. The food was all microwave food except the pizza. Overall disappointing "

"Our family spring break here was near prefect. Liked villa and French Lick hotel pools. Clean condo. Well stocked for cooking, laundry and relaxing in jacuzzi. One night out at Chicago Pizza was great and happy with bowling at FL Hotel. Did not like the steep walk from parking area and unloading supplies, etc. Kids favorites were at the activity center at FL Hotel. Cost for crafts and tye dye shirt making were reasonable with villa discount. Planning to return."

"The property was very quiet and clean! The room was as spacious as advertised. The pool was in fact heated and very well taken care of! I saw multiple people with their dogs, so the hotel is pet friendly and it was nice to see! The staff was very polite. I’ve already booked two more stays at the hotel for future dates because it was a really nice stay and very affordable! "

"We were there for our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. We had 4 rooms which were nice. There were lots of Christmas activities going on. Our dinner at the West Baden resort was wonderful. Both hotels are very nice, but I would recommend the French Lick Hotel if you have kids along."

"Bed looked like it was slept in... Thermostat was locked and un-adjustable... No drinking water or breakfast or any food for that matter as advertised. No live TV (only paid apps tv were available (Was there during the World Series... not cool) But the coffee maker worked. Good work guys!"

"The communication was very thorough and made me feel at ease with what to expect to check in. Good packet of information at the property to help with what to do upon arrival and checkout. The keypad entry is convenient. I had access to the phone number of the owner, if needed as well.The house is very small which was okay, but there was no where to hang coats, or clothes, or to put snacks/food away. No closets or places to put our suitcases and bags that we carried in. It’s perfect for a night...

"This has potential to be a great place. The location is excellent if you want to enjoy French Lick and West Baden without paying resort prices for your room. "Place was fairly nice. Had an issue with significant odor coming from hot water. Talked with owner and he will probably change hot water heater. TV did not work and no instructions. Called manager who talked me thru hooking up the new satellite Dish system properly. Had to change HDMI plug. Place should come with printed TV use instructions for guests. WIFI not available which was advertised. Manager stated it was beyond their control. Outside had some hazards such as ground holes and caved in...

"This place was super nice. We would definitely come back. Lots of space for the kids to run around. The kitchen and bathrooms are all very high-end. We want to visit again when it’s warm out and go to Merango Cave, Patoka Lake, and Holiday world. Host is very easy to work with. Highly recommend. "
