"We had the BEST time! I was very impressed with the accommodations and cleanliness. Our family enjoyed fishing, the hot tub, and all of the special little amenities Bella Vista had to offer. The area is "true nature" with high-speed country roads lined with tall trees, general stores, and deer sightings right when you enter. Highly recommend a stay for anyone that's looking to disconnect - but, still have all they need to have a good time."

"Well-decorated home. Very close to town, and many homes in the area are “period” homes. Lots of antique shopping, but make sure to visit the Time and Measurement Museum. Wonderful visit to a great little town. "

"We just loved it. My wife and I have been there before. If you just want to relax and overlook the lake or even fish. It's all in the backyard. Cook on the grill, kayak or just lounge in a chair like we did. It's very quiet and peaceful. No tv, just good ole relaxation. Frank and Linda the hosts. We just love them to death. We enjoyed very much talking with them and visiting. Hope to see them again soon. The Shaw's"

"Absolutely wonderful location close to the lake a charming little “cabin“ very quiet an excellent place to relax we really enjoyed our 10th anniversary fishing, sleeping and eating in this quiet little place. We would highly recommend not only this little cabin, but this Owner who has a few properties on this site"

"Perfect for a weekend getaway! Just 15 miles from historic downtown Jefferson where we spent the days. Then back to the cabin on Lake of the Pines to watch the sunset on the porch of the cabin. So quiet the only noise was the birds at the water and the squirrels chattering and playing. "

"Beautiful home with so many wonderful antiques and charming appointments. Spacious rooms. Large dining table with many chairs. So many places to gather. A delightful breezeway with ceiling fans and comfortable wicker chairs and loveseats. Many outdoor seating spots and a lovely front porch to gather. We loved the golf cart supplied to go out each night to dinner. Also, the wonderfully landscaped homes in the area were so much fun to drive by. "

"This property was absolutely amazing for me and my family. Better than i even expected. I cant wait to come back again. I did not want to leave. Check in was super easy, plenty of parking area for my group. Only downfall was the wifi but it was not the host fault its just terrible wifi service in that area. No big deal!! "

"We have family in the area, so we need to find a rental in a safe area to stay during visits. This older home was perfect for our needs. If you are expecting modern and hotel like accommodations- this isnt for you. If you want a homey atmosphere with the basics available in a safe area, then this is perfect. I could have cooked a full meal but wasnt necessary for our stay. The coffee bar and calmness of the front porch in the morning was our favorite. While the following did not effect our...
