"This apartment is exactly as described and pictured in the listing. It is immaculate and looks like a fresh remodel even though based on other reviews must have been done a couple of years ago. I was working remotely during our stay and the wi-fi was great. We had an A/C issue which was quickly resolved by the owner. The location was EXCELLENT! "Place was exactly what we needed for a one night stay during bowling. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Fred (the owner) was easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. Highly recommend this home. "

"Great location in Wausau. All the amenities you need including a beautiful-private backyard. Very clean. A wine refrigerator, tried one that I will buy again. Such a cool idea! We had everything we needed. Highly recommend this home."

"We recently moved to the area and needed a place to stay for a couple of nights until our new home was ready. This home was perfect for us! Clean, comfortable, centrally located, and had everything we and our pets needed. "

"Though we came to Wisconsin for a funeral, we found this house perfect for all of us! It is centrally located in Wausau and we found it to be close to everywhere we went. Love the fact that it was dog friendly as my son and his wife had driven up from AZ with 2 well behaved doggos. The fenced in backyard was perfect for playing fetch and burning off some energy! Everyone slept amazing in their beds and we loved the front living room for hanging out on the couches! Our host Melissa was very good...

"Our stay was beyond our expectations. The cabin was spotless and was thoughtfully decorated and organized. There were fun touches to be found everywhere. "This property was amazing all around! Our family stayed for 4 nights. We had a huge group with kids ages ranging from 1.5 to 14, and there was so much space! The kids loved the ping pong table and the huge bunkbed room. The house featured 3 additional rooms, all suites with their own bathroom. The 2 upper level bedrooms have french doors leading to a nice balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view of Pike lake! Those rooms also have wall mounted electric fireplaces, which is a nice touch...

"Our stay was very relaxing and nice. The pool was great for the kids. The property had so many extras that made our stay enjoyable. From fire pokers for smores to fishing poles, kayaks, and a canoe. There was plenty of furniture for our entire group. Next time, we'd definitely bring a boat to tie on the dock and explore the area more. The property was going through ownership transition, so communication was difficult, but based on the other reviews I don't believe this is typical."

"My friends, my dog, and I stayed at this property and loved it! It had everything we needed, it was secluded and allowed us to enjoy the outdoors and relax. Ken stopped by to drop off bug spray which we greatly appreciated during our fire! I appreciated the cleanliness of everything too. We will definitely keep this place in mind the next time we all want to get together!"

"Everything was as listed! This is a beautiful property in a quaint neighborhood, right on the water. The house was spotless and had plenty of room to spread out for our party of 2 adults and 4 children. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"2nd time renting this place after a few years - just as lovely as the first! Clean and quiet, this us a great home base! One thing, if you cook/bake - there is a small assortment of pots, pans, baking sheets to choose from so maybe best to bring your own. Plenty of cutlery, plates, cups, etc... though! Would definitely book again!"
