"I don't understand how this has any positive reviews. It was disgusting, in disrepair, noisy, stinky, awful. We didn't even shower because of the state of the room. If we had any other options or had any idea what this place was like, we would've gone somewhere else."

"Room was clean. Shower floor appeared to be in need of a good scrub. Despite it being a warm July night it was necessary to turn the air unit off because it was so loud and rattling like a part was broken. When on it did put out cool air. Breakfast should be listed as a continental grab and go opportunity at best. I wish other fog owners would pick up after their pups in the back area. It is a nice green space otherwise."

"We had a wonderful and relaxing time at this property. The host is excellent with communications, and a personal tour upon arrival, as it is a working horse boarding property. Our kids enjoyed petting, feeding, and talking with the horses, and a baby calf along with the host. This is out of city limits, so you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets along with cool evenings breeze. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook meals as well. Thanks Heather, would definitely stay again!"

"A great house with a great set up. We are a family of 19 strong and we all fit without issue. The pool was a real treat, especially the large 3 ft section that allowed for the younger kids to be in the pool all day. The deep end allowed for the bigger kids to dive and use the diving board. The house was well set up for all of us when we gathered. The host was very easy to work with and was available if anything was needed. I highly recommend!"

"This suited our needs as a home base for our hiking activities. Some basic RV instructions would have been helpful and letting us know the key was in the RV; however once inside and figured things out, it was fine. Being able to access the internet was a definite positive. Our only real issue was not having enough hot water long enough for a shower."
