"Beautiful and comfortable condo. The location is perfect for exploring Darien and an easy drive to St Simons and Jekyll. Communication with Heather, the host, was great! This is our second time staying in this condo and we thoroughly enjoyed it both times."

"Another great stay at this clean and cool cabin in the middle of so much wildlife! Deer and turkeys frequented the backyard and no shortage of birds, hogs, alligator, fox, and armadillo in and around the refuge. Loved it!"

"I can’t say enough about our stay in Darien. Our host was generous in sharing details about the area and they were the kindest folks. The place was so cute and every small detail was on point. We travel with our dog and they provided a welcoming place for him as well. This home is in walking distance to the cute little town and the locals were all friendly. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We will definitely stay with Susan and Kenny again, they were excellent hosts and the home...

"Very inviting. Easy in easy. Easy out. Perfect. High end everything. Great beds. Everything you need is in this house. The small touches amazing like small flashlights in several locations. Every light switching was labeled amazing. We are senior travelers inside this house large hallway. No tight corners to get around. Roomy. I wish I could give you 10 stars. One of the nicest places we have stayed."

"We enjoyed our stay. They provided a dog tie out so I could have her eat outside. We appreciated that they repaired the internet quickly after a storm. Comfortable bed. Nicely outfitted kitchen, but did miss a dishwasher. "

"Our family had the most unforgettable 11-day stay at Miss Lou’s Cottage in Shellman Bluff, GA. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the breathtaking sunrise views over the marsh. The peaceful setting, with the sounds of local wildlife waking up in the morning, made it feel like we were in our own private paradise.The property itself is everything we could have hoped for – 7 acres of pure privacy with a beautiful dock right on the water. "This cottage was very clean, updated and had everything we needed! It was in a quiet neighborhood where you could walk around the block! The owner communicates really good too! No complaints from our group of 4! "

"Perfect little spot for a stopover for a night or two if you have a long drive up or down 95. My wife and I stayed there with our puppy. 2 miles to 95 and everything was walkable. Friendly neighborhood and very close to the water. Bungalow was very clean and had what you needed for a short stay. A great alternative to getting a hotel."

"This was our third time starting at this house. We love it, just like before. Fishing all day, playing games at night (tons available at the house) or watching funny videos on YouTube in the cozy living room. I drew the blinds up in the living room, bedrooms and the kitchen, because all have the beautiful marsh and the river out back. Love the kitchen at this house too. Loaded up on blue crabs, Bait shops just minutes away. Perfect vacation!"

"What a great house. It was super secluded and quiet. The house was pristine and had all of the essentials, including toiletries. You could literally just show up with clothes and groceries and never leave.There are plenty of great dining and beverage options within 10 minutes and even more within 30. We made several trips to Darien, Brunswick and Savannah.The pool and yard were the best attraction though, such a great space.We also enjoyed the basketball video game.Really not much more you could...

"Simply amazing! Amazing property, amazing hosts, amazing attention to details! Probably one of the most well appointed and well stocked vacation homes I’ve had the pleasure of renting. If you want a relaxing vacation, this is the place! We fished, sunned, swam, grilled, and soaked up the low country life and hope to come back again. Close enough to both Savannah and SSI for day trips. This is a VRBO gem!"
