"We stayed here while riding the Hatfield and McCoy trails, and it was absolutely perfect! The place was clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone in our group to relax after a long day of riding. It was exactly what we needed—comfortable, convenient, and welcoming. We only wish we could have stayed longer, but work called us back. Highly recommend for anyone planning a trail trip in West Virginia!We will be back to stay again!"

"Very convenient location, close to Rock House and Devil Anse systems. We had a power outage our first night and Gary stopped in to check that we were okay and see if we needed more batteries for the provided lanterns. Just a note, when the power is out, the wifi obviously goes, too, and cell service though both Verizon and AT&T is nonexistent until you get closer to the gas station on 44 and 52. Well equipped cabin! It's nice to sit on the back porch and listen to the creek, or light a fire with...

"This place is perfect, especially for the price. Plenty of room, and Pete the caretaker is awesome. Anthony the owner is great about getting back to you quickly when you have questions. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in or around Logan, WV."

"Was able to hit the road and hit northern trails and southern trails as well as some outlaws near dingess! Property was decent and owner is making additional parking for trailers!"

"House was very clean and had everything we needed. Host was very nice and helpful. She even decorated the yard for my birthday. Nice big driveway to park the trucks and trailers. Highly recommend this place if you're coming to ride the HMT trails. "

"Wow! What else can i say. This property has everything you need for a get away and then some! Ernie and Carmelita were extremely gracious hosts. The salsa and chips was a lovely surprise after a day of long travel. Easy access to the trails and dog friendly. The pressure washer was a nice bonus after those muddy rides. Would stay here again!"

"Our family rented this little VRBO for the weekend in order to attend Rock the Country 2025. It was myself, my husband, my son and his fiancee. It was about an hour from the concert venue, but was super quaint and perfect for what we needed.The property owners were extremely communicative and friendly. The cabin was clean and smelled good. "Communication with Sarah was great, she was on top of everything and quick to answer questions. This is a great spot for riders to hang out after a long day on the trails. Quiet neighborhood, didn’t meet any of the neighbors. The town of Mullens was great, all the businesses were welcoming and the people were very nice!"

"Peaceful, private, pretty, perfect.We enjoyed our evening as a stopover moving across the country. After a 10 hour drive this was exactly what we needed to arrive at. Listing was accurate, cabin was well equipped, and location was prime. FYI, we did not see another house in sight during the stay, very secluded. The owner was kind enough to stock seasoned firewood to enjoy the large fire pit which was much needed after a long day. 10/10 would stay again. "
