"got two rooms. Checkin was fine. Room 1 was dirty including animal hair on bedspread AND on sheets all over. Bathroom floor was filthy. Room 2 - TV remote had to be reprogrammed, and then when TV was on, all lights in the room flickered, including bathroom lights. When TV was off, lights stopped flickering. "I didn't like the realm at all it's stunk it was supposed to be a handicapped from far from it the AC heater unit didn't work properly the bathroom door was a sliding door which was stuck. Got the front desk in there they couldn't fix it it was a bathtub not a walk-in shower for handicapped people who can't get in a tub like me the dad was not helpful it was too hard and high we booked the room for 2 days and left after first day could not get a refund"

They are both upstairs. The "kitchenette" in the basement does not have any running water or dishes, so it would be difficult to use.
