"We like this hotel when staying overnight for events in Ruidoso. It's quiet at night and the rooms are always clean and well maintained."

"For the price you get a clean room with a/c, mini fridge, microwave, tv of course, iron & ironing board, hair dryer and NO coffee maker. I noticed they had big fans in the hallways. Not sure they have a/c in hallways. All rooms are reached from inside. They do have an elevator! I was a little concerned that one of the outer doors, accessible by keycard, was left cracked open."

"Very nice, peaceful, rooms are very spacious and the breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety."

"They had an actual key instead of a card which was a nice touch and real door handles. You don't see that anymore. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. The sauna was a huge whiskey berral and had a nice setting area to relax. 5 stars in my book."

"De kamer (139) was op zich schoon en voldoende uitgerust, maar er kropen mieren rond in de kamer en badkamer. Het bed was erg smal voor 2 en was pal naast de airco gesitueerd, de airco moest uitgezet worden voor het slapen gaan anders was het te koud en erg storend. Parkeren kan direct voor de deur en is erg fijn."

"This hotel is maintained very well. Parking was adequate and close in to the hotel. Only drawbacks were the hand railing was loose, only the stairway leading to the first floor. Staff could explain or provide instruction sheet on the TV setup, I figured it out but it would be helpful for others. The room was clean and perhaps a mat near the doorway/entrance could be helpful to minimize debris accumulation from in and out traffic.Good coffee and continental breakfast offering."

"I visit Ruidoso several times per year. This location is perfect for walking to restaurants and shopping. This hotel is always clean and the employees are very friendly."

"I love how accommodating and welcoming the staff was. I was in town for about 2 weeks roughly and the room was good the service was great and every morning the breakfast was good."

"Hot tub broken but still paid full price also kitchen sink broken and deck looked un safe but overall it was nice"

"The place can be the best experience you can have if you put a little more care in the maintenance of the place and the cleanliness, that was horrible i had to go to waltmart for some cleaning wipes and sheets to sleep the sofa supposed to be white it was super dirty the thing that i did love was the location"

"The room was really nice. Only things that might need updating is the washer and dryer i had to do 3 cycles on the dryer ended up air drying clothes outside. They both didnt work as efficiently, and were super loud and shaky. Also the master bed need to be changed, the bed was thing and lopsided. Other than that, would definitely stay again."

"I picked this place specifically for breakfast and it was available. The owner shut the light off an hour after it was never set up. He didn't even bother with some yogurt and fruit. He just closed the breakfast and went back to bed."

"Room was filthy, floors were dirty like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. Staff didn't want to give us clean towels the next day. Poor experience."
