"O hotel é ok, staff simpático e dentro do que se espera dessa categoria. Mas a limpeza era bem ruim, quarto empoeirado e o pior, cheiro muito forte de cigarro, incomodou demais, em especial para um hotel onde os quartos são pra não fumantes, não recomendo e não ficaria novamente. "

It seems that they have to be specifically requested in advance. The second is that the placement of the soap dispenser in the bathroom is frankly bizarre and may be very awkward for shorter people. "During my stay there after my kids going through unopened outside doors without a key into the supposed pool area that was contaminated with an empty pool with extension cords open wire running into the water that was left with warning caution signs all over the inside doors which also open without a key was horrible and very scary and then the outside property was bulldozed down going right to a lake with no kind of fence or whatnot anything and everything you could think of unsafe raked into...

"We have stayed at multiple hotels and air b and b’s this year for dance competition. This one was by far the nicest. The hotel was spotless. Workout area very neat and organized. The pool was clean and warm for the kiddos. And our room was comfortable."
