"Floors were dirty, toilet in bathroom loose, air conditioner would not work on auto ran all night and noisy, food very guarded at breakfast, complimentary coffee abd condiments limited in room and missing ice machines and soft drink dispenser machines on floor. Curious why only card enter is allowed other hotels in Giddings do not require. Also no food allowed in rooms. We stayed in Best Western a few months prior and had a very different experience. Should note the hotel was not packed or...
