"The hotel is well located near good restaurants and has a good breakfast. It needs more attention to the upkeep of the building and furniture. The staff was attentive and made us feel at home. I will return soon."

"Despite the staff's excellent service, the hotel left much to be desired compared to the Baymont chain. I've stayed at other hotels with far more positive aspects than this one. The breakfast was poor, with no hot options, as advertised."

"Very clean and quiet. The restaurant has a very good breakfast every morning. Everyone on staff was very nice and helpful"

"Everything about our stay was great, but we were disappointed by one restaurant policy. We had purchased bottled water from the hotel and were told we could not bring it into the restaurant with us for breakfast. We had planned to eat there before spending the day touring Tupelo, but because of this, we decided to leave instead. We ended up having breakfast at D’Cracked Egg and really enjoyed it. It’s unfortunate that such a small policy caused the hotel restaurant to lose our business,...

"Very comfortable and clean rooms. Continental breakfast was very nice with a lot of options. The food seemed fresh and hot. Location was excellent for our bike riding on the Natchez Trace."

"Ótimo hotel. Super aconselho "

"Easy parking, clean property and close to a couple to good restaurants. Breakfast is okay but your normal hotel breakfast. Nice place for our overnight stop"

"Quiet and clean"

"After a 10-day vacation trip from Miami, during which I stayed in 7 hotels, I arrived in Tupelo, which was supposed to be the last stop of my adventure. I can say for sure that it was the worst reception I've ever had. The receptionist, "Felice," was cold and impatient. I had questions about the laundry and the Wi-Fi, and when I asked Felice, she seemed unwilling to help. Her expression was the worst possible. I can't understand how someone like her, who lacks basic customer service skills,...

"The property was convenient to the highway, and it was clean with a friendly staff. The room had a little damp smell, but nothing terrible. The air conditioning was noisy and the TV had limited channels. But for a quick night’s stop, it was fine."

"Very nice hotel. Clean and convenient area."

"As expected . Worth what you pay for."

"Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, secure and within walking distance to a restaurant or two. The beds were extremely comfortable by the way!"
