"The room was spacious with a walk in shower. The only thing that could use improvement would be the breakfast selections and better coffee."

"I always check the bathrooms as soon as I arrive, and these bathrooms were very clean! The hallway carpet is a bit janky. Can't beat the price!"

"super cozy and clean!!!"

"Enjoyed the quiet and all the wildlife. Saw a few bucks and a lot of doe and a red tailed hawk greeted us in the driveway. Quite a few rabbits and pheasants. If you like the outdoors this is a perfect little esvape"

"Accommodations were comfortable during a week long heat wave. Beaches and campground close by for easy back and forth trips. There was ample sleeping arrangements for our party of 8. Kitchen was large enough for cooking with a crowd of helpers. The animals were friendly and entertained our 2-1/2 yr old throughout the week."

"Thr place was very nice, pet friendly. Had About anything you would need. Host was very helpful. Great trip"

"Cute decor and in a great location"

"The Grooms Cabin was amazing! My wife and I enjoyed our long weekend in the winter. They kept the snow shoveled during our stay and the place was incredibly clean when we arrived. Bed was very comfortable, hot tub was super nice even during the bitter cold! Highly recommend checking this place out! "

"PositivesThe lake views are beautiful and were certainly one of the highlights of our stay. The location offers a peaceful setting and enjoyable scenery, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout the visit.ConsiderationsProspective guests should be aware that the home is somewhat dated, and much of the property’s value appears to be tied to its waterfront location. While the accommodations were comfortable, the overall cost felt higher than expected for the condition of the home. There are also...

"It worked for what we needed. The property was updated but wasn't in great condition. There are switches and plugs that don't function in the same room that you find them. You could tell that they weren't updated with the rest of the house. The outside deck had a bucket half full of dirty water which makes me wonder when was the last time the property was cleaned. There wasn't information inside the house on how to use anything or details for wifi. When i reached out to my contact, I got a...

"Absolutely beauty all around, love the nature and animals. Terrific spot to unwind and reset. "

"The cottage was perfect for my sister and I. My son's wedding was at the Lake Nepessing Boat Club, right across the lake! It couldn't have been more convenient. All the amenities were great. Coffee maker and pods, just everything was so nice.Communication with the host was excellent! Quiet neighbors. Super clean. Beautiful spot.Thank you for providing a great little cottage! Highly recommend!"

"Such a beautiful secluded cabin! Centrally located to town allowed quick access to all our family events we traveled for. Home is spacious with beautiful touches throughout. The only thing I would change/recommend is to bring a child gate if you are traveling with children for the stairs. Otherwise everything was perfect! The extra touches Ashley left for us made our trip even more special! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in Marlette!"
