"I made the reservation, and when I arrived at the property, the attendant simply told me there was no room available for me. She didn't even try to resolve my issue. She said it was my problem and I should contact Hoteis.com. To make matters worse, she was very rude and turned her back and went to a room where I saw her with the light off, fiddling with her cell phone, pretending she didn't even see me. When I contacted Hoteis.com, the attendant said she would call the hotel. The phone rang...

"Da hora q cheguei até a hora q fui embora o hotel não teve luz. Bizarro!! Tudo em volta tinha luz, menos lá. Não tivemos café da manhã. O recepcionista de primeira falou q não poderíamos entrar no quarto pois não tinha como fazer o check in, depois de insistir, ele conseguiu um quarto. Sem internet, sem água quente… Lamentável! Gastei minha noite do hotéis.com nisso!!! Bem, north Carolina ganhou o selo tá visto!!!!!! Nunca mais!!!"

"Hallway was STINKY, smelled like cigarettes and dirty cooking oil. Room was horrible. Sheets were dirty, covered in what looked like pubic hair. The pillow had dried blood on it. Two dead roaches on the floor. The only good thing was the staff member, Josh, who was very kind and helpful in replacing sheets & pillows. Have not heard from the manager about potential compensation, but Josh said he would mention it. GROSS ROOM."

"Food is food I only liked waffle. Sausage is different kind. But at least I able eat and my children ate too. I able to cook small dinner in my room with nice little kitchen. Night shift confused told my daughter she can have milk whatever she want then next time. Different staff. Said she can’t take it."

"Room was very spacious and clean. Property looks nice. Location was great! My only drawback is they don’t come back to redress the room or provide extra towels unless you ask for them."

"A great place to stay! I definitely will stay again. AAA+++"

"the room was clean and neat. I rested well. The free breakfast was a little disappointing, but I was able to get some toast and yogurt."

"My wife and I had a wonderful experience at this campsite. Everything included made the trip stress free and we got to fully focus on fun and relaxation. Great campfire, lights, trash can, grill everything included. And the four stars on cleanness is only because of the grill but I’m sure that’s difficult to maintain outside overall 10/10 for real . "The area was beautiful. Great seating areas. I walked the trail of Eden and it was so quiet and brought back a lot of memories. Inside the camper,I had everything I needed for 3 nights. I grilled ribeye steak and the host brought more firewood for me. I roasted marshmallows and sat in peace and watched my 2 Australian Shepherds run and play. I highly recommend this spot. It was heaven!!! Very clean and just so peaceful and the host was just wonderful to me and my 2 Aussies. Thank you so very...
