"The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Very disappointed that the pool is closed and may take some time to reopen. The property is owned by the state so renovations are highly needed! The staff is great! The beach location is top-notch for that area. I would definitely go back again, but not until the pool reopens! did not try the restaurant. We were too late for breakfast! Very close vicinity to Gurnee Mills, shopping and antique centers! Looking forward to our next stay!"

"Bathroom was not clean, floor was sticky upon arrival in the bathroom, staff did not give wifi password and also asked me for my number trying to ask me out as soon as i walked through the front door, kitchen did not have any utensils or anything to use as described, the refrigerator had not been cleaned out before hand and it was also cracked on the inside, staff wouldn’t even let us borrow scissors to cut a cotton pad even when i took the cotton to the lobby right in front of him, at least we...

"Everything was good.. spent 3 days for Chicago.. Parking was Great... Check in was easy.. little hard to understand the lady at the front desk for checking in.. room was good size.. handle on sliding door for patio was broke told them when we went to get pizza.. gone for about 3 hours and when we came back it was fixed!!!, only thing was there was no holding bars in the bathroom.. for toilet and shower... overall a 4 out of 5 .. (4 because of no holding bars) ... breakfast is not free..McDonalds...
