"No Pool, was closed. Very Dirty. Place was run down. Staff could not find our reservation then said just check in as walk in's. We got charged a Cancellation Fee."

"I booked this hotel for the location in proximity to where I needed to be AND the advertised pool. I was traveling with 3 children. The pool has no water in mid May in SC with temperatures in the 80s and 90s. When I booked it I knew we would be coming in overnight/early morning- I spoke to the hotel staff before hand and again called before leaving home to say we were coming. At 0600 they cancelled my reservations (2 rooms), I saw they called and returned the call at 0700 and he reinstated them....

"The property was not up to code, our room had live and dead roaches, the furniture was broken and dirty, asked for a non smoking room and you can tell people smoke in the rooms, cigarettes burns. Not happy with the money you have to pay ."

"Original room had an overpowering cleaning “perfume” smell. Smell was not tolerable. Also found 3 hairs on the sheets. Requested room change and additional set of sheets which clerk readily provided. On a positive note, the evening clerk provided his personal phone charger to keep my phone from dying."

"Kitchen sink area was quite dirty. It was also advertised to have two full bathrooms. The master bath toilet had a note on it to not defecate in it or it might clog. I asked the owner how close was the electric to the dock for my boat, he told me 20 feet. It was about 100 feet from where the boat is docked and I had to go get another extension cord to be able to reach. "It’s a comfortable cabin for sure. All the amenities that you need my favourite part is that it’s within walking distance to Dock 97 restaurant."
