"The staff were helpful, kind and always had smiles. We were greeted by a nice cheerful guy who made our checking pleasant and easy. The whole hotel needs an upgrade though. Furnishings, fixtures and rooms were old and outdated. I'm not saying the staff wasn't attempting to clean the room but it's so outdated that no matter how long you cleaned you can't fix it. The tub was slow to drain so you ended up standing in water and the sink in the bathroom had old tarnished fixtures with moldy...

"Booked my hotel at 5:30 p.m., got the confirmation email, showed up at 11:30pm to check in. Note that I'm from out of state, I go up to the desk to check in and he says that there are no more rooms available, I said that I received a confirmation email that my booking was confirmed, he then claimed that Expedia was to blame for it and that there was nothing he could do for me,. So I didn't have any place to sleep that night, but what made matters worse is that the next day they ended up charging...

"Worst experience!! I booked a NON smoking room. When I arrived the guy told me they only have smoking rooms. Even though I booked well in advance a nonsmoking room. The room he showed us smelled terrible and had flies everywhere. The guy brushed it off acting like it wasn’t a big deal."
