"In a town without many hotel options the Blanco River Hotel is stellar. I could not believe the size of the room. The pool is very nice with nice evening lighting and a waterfall. The breakfast is also better than most and unusual to be included in a hotel this nice. So close to town square with many great choices for food. Also the Blanco river is a minute away and a great place to visit."

"Everything excellent excep we had no towels/service from Friday morning early check in until we left Monday. Notice did say service every other day but we had none. Front desk were apologetic and immediately privided towels. We emptied our own trash bins."

"Absolutely loved our stay at the bluebonnet cottage! Was a perfect oasis for a quiet romantic get away. Only suggestion would to light the trail to the bluebonnet as well as signage for that location like the rest. And steps for the hot tub at the bluebonnet cottage it was really hard to get in and out of. Plan to make it a yearly trip! "
