"Room needed to be vacumn, bathroom was dirty. Shower curtain looked like it hasn't be washed or changed, bathtub needed to be scrubbed. They don't have room service, like making the beds, changing towels after 3 stays, and you have to request it daily. I've stayed in plenty hotels and I never had to request. For the amount they charge, all should be included. The lady at front desk was nice."

"The host added several thoughtful touches that made for a great experience. The bedrooms were very comfortable and we appreciated the refreshments, fans, and quality of soaps and skin care samples. We travel a lot and these small sentiments made it feel like a home away from home."

"This was one of the best VRBOs we have been too. The place was clean, and well set up. It’s also close to town and the zoo. Communication was great. I would stay here again! I hope we were as good of guests as the they were hosts!"
