House was stocked with tons of towels, pillows, covers, grill, chairs and fire pit. Ashley was very inviting and quick to answer any concerns. Our annual family vacation of 8 adults, 2 pre-teens and infant was accommodating and comfortable. Great for those that seek comfort, location, clean well kept home. "

"This was a nice property to stay. The only issue we had was when we got to the property. I did not find our room number until I double checked the booking and noticed it was on the address. So when you do go to Check-in and find your room. Check the address and it will have the room number."

"My sister, boyfriend, and I were so happy staying here! The house looked just as it did in the photos and it even smelled clean. Great outdoor firepit, beds, and location. We spent our last day tubing down the river as Naomi recommended, as it was just down the road. If ANYTHING I could suggest, I would say perhaps a mirror in the master bedroom and different towels, but that is literally reaching lol. We loved our time and Naomi was so easy to communicate with. 10 out of 10."

"Awesome newly redone property. Easily parked our boat in the drive, close to both Higgins and Houghton Lake. We are avid road cyclists and the location allowed us to take off each morning for 25-40 mile rides on beautiful paved roads. Highly recommend this property. Will definitely reserve property again if we are looking for a rental in this area. "
