"Very welcoming lobby, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent, loved having coffee, tea and hot chocolate bar. The only thing I have an "issue" with is, the indoor pool was not heated!! That is the #1 reason I chose Tru for our stay. too uncomfortably cold for my grand kids!! There were other people that told us, as they were coming out of the pool area, "Don't bother, it is freezing!""

"Overall, it was an excellent choice for our 1 night stay! The room was very clean, very warm (which we needed in the 5° weather), and the bathroom was very large. The free breakfast in the morning was an added bonus! The staff were super friendly! Check in and out qere quick and efficient. We felt safe and slept well! The water pressure in the shower is very light, but other than that personal preference, we had no complaints!"

"I didnt spend much time at the hotel, but the room was very clean, and the bed and bedding were super comfortable. The room temp was comfortable despite the winter storm situation, and breakfast bar had both hot and cold options. Not gourmet, but fresh make-it-yourself waffles, and eggs and sausage. There was no herbal tea in the tea selectiom. But plenty of juices. The stay was good! Odd things: The TV didnt face the bed or the couch and the windows only had light filtering sheers, but...
