"Several issues with this hotel. But I will start with the positives. Very close to Coastal Credit Union Walnut Creek Amphitheatre and was easy to get back after the concert. There was a safe in the room that I was able to create my own 4 digit pin. Felt secure to leave my purse That's about it for positives. I have very limited space here but will say security was a big issue. They gave us a key that let us in for a few hour nap and when we came back at midnight we were told that wasn't our...

"There was a problem with the tv remote. Staff tried to be helpful but were unable to resolve it."

"Nice place in a location with restaurants, a theater, gas stations, etc. Good setting! The bed was comfortable, the place was quiet, and the breakfast was a notch above the standard fair. Even the coffee was a notch above standard “hotel coffee”. Only complaint was that the drain in the bathroom sink was incredibly slow. Nothing more frustrating than the water backing up five seconds after turning it on. But, that can be fixed and we would stay here again if in the area."
