"I’d I could rate this hotel in the negative I would. Terrible hotel. Room was filthy, food on floor, something smeared all over we refrigerator, drips of food on chair, room smelled, bathroom mirror had same white smear the refrigerator had. We were moved to a different room. This had no shower curtain, mold all along grout line, soap scum Ring in bathtub, barely a trickle of water from shower head and water spout. The pillows felt like shredded balled up tufts of material and the bed...

"Perfect place to stay for our son’s graduation from the University of Iowa! Fun campus vibe, helpful staff, extremely convenient location for downtown Iowa City with walking distance to many spots. Coffee shop and bar/restaurant adjacent to property and we had coupons included for $15 per person per day that we could use there, which was great! Thanks for the memories! Go, Hawks!"

"Place is not clean, no coffee when needed at breakfast, we decided not to even think about eating there, way too expensive for what you get. The person next to our room checked in right before us, and we found them in the hallway staring into their room, pizza boxes, party left overs, beer cans, etc. all over. The room was not cleaned, extremely disappointing. We were able to harbor our stay, sheets for the bed were clean, but everything has a grime to it, and not making one comfortable. TV...
