"Pros: This apartment/hotel was excellent for my party of 4 - with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, dining table area, and living room. It was literally 1 block away from the Murat Theatre/Old National Centre, so it was a quick/easy walk to go see a show there! If I ever see another show there, I will stay here again! All of the codes/instructions needed to access the parking garage, building, elevator, and room were daunting, but once we got the hang of it, it was easy! Felt very safe...

"This is a great place to stay if visiting downtown Indy! It's close to everything from Lucas Oil Stadium, to Victory Field or Bainbridge Fieldhouse. The condo was just as described. "Excellent place to stay right across from the event center we were attending. Beautiful suite albeit a bit pricey. Plenty of restaurants to chose from within walking distance and parking in the garage was free. The only wrinkle was the “free parking” was $40. A quick call to customer service and it was decided we would pay the charge to be released from the garage and the fee would be refunded promptly. Less than a week and the refund is on the way. "The apartment was clean and comfortable. Walkable to all event centers, downtown and restaurants. We did have trouble with our key fob on the second night. But even at midnight a gentleman talk with me and got us a new one in about 10 minutes. Parking was a little stressful at first but once we got the app and figured it out all was well. We will stay here again. "

"This property has lots of space for everyone. Beds were very comfortable. Our grandson loved seeing the horses near the house and the geese and their babies by the lake.Aaron was very quick to respond when we reached out. We enjoyed our stay."

"The view is amazing! We caught so many fish and enjoyed other wildlife that the area had to offer. I was especially impressed with the amenities! Extra towels, on site washer/dryer, fire pit, plenty of throw blankets and extra linen...we've stayed in places with far less that cost far more. The hot tub was an added bonus that we enjoyed each evening. Only issue was inability to always get wireless internet, which interfered with television access, but there was so much to see and do, it wasn't...
