"Great rooms but terrible service and Slow check in. Given wrong building number after waiting 30 minutes in line for check in. After an hour of trying to get our room had no time Left to use pool and other amenities. Very disappointing."

"They overbooked so I was not able to get the accommodations I paid for nor did I get a discount for the room that was given to me. Was alerted the day before that the pool was not available and under maintenance. The pool was dry looks like it wasn’t in use for awhile . The receptionist said she would charge a lower rate that didn’t happen Not returning"

"Ficamos nesse hotel por causa do Busch Gardens. O parque é ótimo, mas não recomendo no frio. O hotel é bem próximo e fica numa região tranquila e muito bonita. A cama estava muito confortável. Tivemos problema com o ar condicionado, mas nos trocaram de quarto rapidamente. Atendimento ótimo. Infelizmente não me lembro do nome do rapaz que nos atendeu. Mas ele foi muito prestativo."

"It was comfortable spacious and had all the comforts of home. Kid friendly pool area and free hot chocolate was a great treat. Great location if you plan on multiple days. Parking seemed challenging some nights but property provided remote overfill parking lot. Close to outlet shopping, restaurants ."
