"We were a little disappointed by the lack of dinnerware and cookware in the kitchen. None of the basics ie: salt, oil, dishwasher detergent were available. We tried to use the oven but when turning it on to preheat it was evident by the immediate smokiness that the oven was very dirty and we immediately turned it off. The bedrooms were nice but livingroom seating was sparse and uncomfortable, no dining table options. This is in a great location if you are looking for just a place to sleep and...

"My husband and I had a quick one night stay as we passed thru town on our way to Minnesota. Property was exactly as described. Tim, the host, was very easy to communicate with. Cute little place when you would like a little bit more than a hotel room. Full kitchen and laundry. The neighborhood feels safe and friendly. Close to many things you may need/want during your stay. We look forward to our next visit. Hopefully longer than one night next time. Thanks, Tim! "

"Expect farm feel, not at all. Very inconvenient accommodation. Should just market as sleep room(s). Hotel room would have been more accommodating with amenities, specially for price. Spotty WiFi. Would never recommend."

"We had a really great time here at this COZY, but well-appointed Cottage. Everything was there that we required for a GREAT stay. Location is EXCELLENT to all that Cedar Rapids has to offer. Communication with our Host was immediate and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here, thanks to a GREAT place !"
