"The house was clean, comfy and perfect for our needs. We were in town for MSU family weekend, and the location was close to everything for us. After running around all day and participating in various activities on and off campus, it was wonderful to head back to the house, order dinner for delivery, and relax. Would stay here again for sure!"

"My wife and I and our yellow lab Zoe, loved our stay at your beautiful river cottage! The river is so calm and peaceful and best of all, it can be enjoyed from the back patio, or up close and personal if you are adventurous. Little thoughtful touches have been added to all rooms allowing every guest to relax and enjoy! We stayed for four nights but wished we could have stayed longer! We look forward to visiting again .Thank you for a memorable stay!"

"The house was lovely, located in a great location right on the lake. Easy entry, very clean and they had everything I needed. All cabinets, drawers, etc were labeled so I had no problems finding what I needed. Didn’t take any boats out or go on the water, but I did fish from the dock. Neighbors were very nice. Overall, 5 stars, I would definitely go back."

The property had several issues with cleanliness — there was an unpleasant smell, the floor vents and spaces under furniture were dirty, and dust had built up behind the drapes. Towels were scarce, there were no mattress covers, and the kitchen had a random hodge-podge of items that made cooking difficult.
