"Whoever cleans the rooms needs to be fired. They left a giant human hairball and swept it under the bed and on the side of the bed with dirt all over the floor and in the shower. Only half the towels were clean. Bugs in the room I had to kill. I’ve never felt so disgusted in a hotel before. Easily the worst place I’ve ever stayed and I travel for work all over the U.S"

"Had to wait 40 minutes after check in for a room and when we got in it it smelled like dirty people and cigarettes, it was so bad. I broke out in hives and had to use my inhaler the smoke smell was so bad. The bedding had a burn hole in it. It seemed clean but smelled dirty. The outside is not nice at all."

"So this is an old hotel and hasn't really been updated in a while. At some point they did some cosmetic upgrades so they have nice floors, new paint etc. What they don't have is modern amenities. The shower was super small, and while I fit I could barely get my head under the shower. The water pressure was ok, but they had a low flow shower head, so it still took a while to get cleaned. "Directions to the property were inaccurate. Refrigerator was half filled with open condiments (some expired) and partially eaten food. Used soap (with black curly hair on it) was in the soap dish. Wifi would allow texting but connection to the internet was intermittent. Three occupied trailers were right next to the property. Additional door to the bathroom is an exterior door that leads directly to those trailers. Bugs on the bedding. Single small window air conditioner was inadequate to cool...
