The rooms are always spotless, and well-appointed , the beds comfortable, always a nice warm shower and a great breakfast after a good night’s rest. I like that they always have good recommendations for dinner- they’ve never steered us wrong . "

"The best place to stay for miles around is if you are visiting the Redwood National Forest. The room was renovated recently and exceeded our expectations. Not to mention that a real chef prepared our dinner! The front desk worker who checked us out was super friendly and told me about local American Indian culture! "

The tub was spotless, easy to use, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed. "We had a king accessible room. Tons of room, very clean, spacious bathroom. The bed was a little hard."

"Honestly, great customer service.We needed an extra bed cuz.My kids didn't want to share last minute, and it really came in handy to separate them.And the front office brought a bed very quickly and pretty late at night.Great customer service and truly appreciate the good clean stay.. if I could recommend anything, it would definitely be to add-on to your breakfast area.!"

"Rm 231... By far the best hotel shower I've ever experienced, and I've traveled the country coast to coast & border to border annually for 20 years staying in 100's of hotels. This stay was for pleasure. I joined local friends to peruse the Friday market and the Saturday Farmer's Market. Parking can be tricky. Some stress leaving my vehicle parked on the street. No issues occured. I'm not finding any reasons to book elsewhere on my next Arcata visit. "
