"Rooms were clean. Staff was excellent. An attempt to call the front desk resulted in a connection to Windham call center, who were much more interested in selling me their Rewards program than helping with my problem. I tried several times, even the online local number, but only got the call center. Thank God it wasn’t a major emergency."

"I plan to stay here again. My wife and I take a drive every year to see the fall colors. My opinion, this is the only place to stay in Bemidji. Fact is, now I look to stay at Hilton Double Tree locations wherever we travel to. (stayed at one in Denver this past June. Would have stayed at one in Canada in Sep if I could have found one) I'm sold on the quality and service. The Bemidji staff are WONDERFUL. (great b-fast also)"
