"Estive com minha família, em viagem de férias, em julho de 2015. Ficamos por uma noite, pois nosso destino era o Parque Nacional de Yellowstone. O hotel é razoável e parece ser o melhor da pequena cidade de Thermopolis. Fomos bem atendidos na recepção. O quarto era também razoável, mas, lamentavelmente, não havia cortina no box e molhávamos o banheiro a cada utilização do chuveiro. Utilizamos a piscina e podemos dizer que deveriam ter mais atenção à qualidade da água, que parecia um pouco turva....

"I can't be sure about the quality of the room because I never had a chance to see it. We arrived at 3:00 (check in time) and there was nobody at the front desk. I called the number on the door and was told that we needed to wait an hour because she was grocery shopping at the moment. I would have maybe been a little more understanding had I been spoken to kindly, but the woman's tone of voice was nothing but rude over the phone. We needed a place to stop halfway on our 12 hour drive home,...

"Nice location for what we needed but it wasn't very clean. Lots of bugs and shattered patio door covered by cardboard. Everytime we went outside and shut the opposite door pieces of glass came out on the concrete. No towels for showering and very little household/kitchen needs. The beds were decent and there was coffee."

"Overall the manager was good to work with. We had no trouble accessing the property or getting what we needed. However, the home had a distinct smell (musty-covered up smoke) that lingered throughout the house. Also, the main bed was very firm, little patting, and very squeaky. It was also hot in the house. The house comes with window AC units and ceiling fans, however the window AC unit in the primary bedroom was very loud and made a whiny sound, making it hard to sleep with. "
